OpenRoads SignCAD is a standards-based sign design tool. The standard to be used is selected when creating a new sign or SGN file. OpenRoads SignCAD includes standards for U.S. Federal, U.S. States, and Canadian Provinces.

OpenRoads SignCAD’s built-in database contains federal and state standards that define route markers, arrows, panels and other objects placed on signs. Users can select the Standard and Units of measure (Imperial or Metric) from the drop-down menus.
